Consultation
Every treatment begins with a detailed consultation via telephone or in person. We review medical history, answer questions.

Allergy Test
Although our pigments are hypoallergenic, a sensitivity test is required before treatment to confirm suitability. This can be carried out on the day of your appointment as a scratch (skin prick) test, arranged at the salon at least 48 hours prior to your booking, or sent to you by post.
A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Please note that, while testing helps assess sensitivity, delayed reactions can still occur.

Day of Treatment
Written consent forms are completed. The lash enhancement is carefully mapped and applied to subtly define the lash line. The result is a soft, natural enhancement tailored specifically to you.

Post-treatment
After your treatment, you’ll receive clear aftercare guidance to support healing. A follow-up appointment which is included in the price is scheduled 4–8 weeks later to perfect the result and ensure longevity.
