Website Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 25 February 2026
These Website Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out how you may use the LuxeLine Studio website and how online enquiries and bookings (where available) work. By using our website, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
1) About us
Business name: LuxeLine Studio
Address: LuxeLine Studio, Ferndown, Bagshot Road, Chobham, Surrey, GU24 8SJ
Email: info@luxelinestudio.co.uk
Phone/WhatsApp: 07988 932891
We provide semi-permanent makeup (PMU) and related beauty services.
2) Website use
You agree that you will:
use our website for lawful purposes only
not attempt to damage, disrupt, hack, or interfere with the website or its security
not copy, scrape, or reuse content from the site without permission (see Intellectual Property below)
We may suspend or restrict access to the website if we reasonably believe it’s being misused.
3) Information on this website
We take care to keep information up to date, but content on this website is provided for general information only and may change without notice (for example: services, pricing, availability, policies, or promotions).
Website content is not medical advice. PMU suitability is confirmed during consultation.
4) Booking enquiries and appointments
a) Bookings
Online booking may be provided via Timely (or another booking platform). When you book, you agree to provide accurate information and to check appointment details carefully.
b) Eligibility
You must be 18 or over to book PMU services unless we confirm otherwise in writing and any required consent is provided.
c) Consultations and suitability
All treatments are subject to a suitability assessment. We may refuse or postpone treatment if it is not safe or appropriate (for example due to contraindications, skin condition, or incomplete aftercare compliance). This is for your safety.
5) Prices and payments
Prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
Any deposit requirements, payment methods, and timing of payments will be shown during booking or confirmed in writing.
If you have a deposit, it will be applied to your appointment as stated at booking.
If we make an obvious pricing error, we may correct it and will contact you before proceeding.
6) Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds (consumer rights)
If you book online or at a distance (not in-studio), UK consumer cancellation rights may apply under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, but there are important exceptions once a service has started.
a) Cooling-off period (distance bookings)
Where the Regulations apply, you may have a 14-day cancellation period starting the day after you enter into the contract.
b) Services booked within 14 days / starting during the cooling-off period
If you ask us to provide services during the cooling-off period (for example, you book an appointment within 14 days), you may be required to pay for services provided up to the point of cancellation, and you may lose the right to cancel once the service is fully performed (for example, after the appointment is completed).
c) Our studio cancellation policy (deposits, no-shows, late cancellations)
Because appointments are time-reserved, we also operate a studio cancellation policy:
Deposits: A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments.
This booking fee will be deducted from the final treatment cost on the day of your appointment.
Appointments are not confirmed until the booking fee has been received.
Rescheduling: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Less than 48 hours’ notice will result in your booking fee being forfeited.
Within 24 hours of your appointment, a payment of 50% of the treatment price will be required to rebook. This fee covers the late cancellation and is not deductible from your new appointment.
No further bookings will be accepted until this fee has been paid.
Late cancellations / no-shows: Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will forfeit their booking fee.
A 100% charge of the treatment price will apply and must be paid before any future bookings can be made.
This policy is separate from, and does not limit, your statutory rights.
7) Treatment results and aftercare
PMU results vary by person due to skin type, lifestyle, healing, and aftercare.
You must follow aftercare instructions. Poor aftercare can affect outcomes and may impact whether a top-up is included/available.
We cannot guarantee a specific result, but we will always aim for a safe, professional outcome consistent with your agreed plan.
8) Your statutory rights (UK)
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits your statutory rights. Services must be provided with reasonable care and skill and in line with consumer law.
9) Intellectual property
All website content (text, images, logos, design) is owned by LuxeLine Studio or licensed to us. You may view and print pages for personal use only. You must not reproduce, copy, sell, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
10) Third-party links and booking platforms
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or tools (including Timely, Instagram, Google, Meta). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or policies.
11) Liability
We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law).
Subject to that, we are not liable for:
loss arising from factors outside our reasonable control
indirect or consequential loss
issues caused by your failure to provide accurate information or follow aftercare instructions
12) Privacy and cookies
Your use of our website is also governed by our:
Privacy Policy: www.luxelinestudio.co.uk/privacy-policy
13) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date.
14) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
